I guess if you can't find a TB, you can get a Diamond instead or vice versa. lidi, the DVD dialog playback across the side speakers was a bit unusual. http://depthvision.net/diamond-xtreme/diamond-xtreme-sound-5-1-16-bit-sound-card-windows-7-drivers.html

We have a bunch of fun in gaming! "Angels on the sideline, Puzzled and amused. Please wait... I was talking about my experience with a similar card and if the review might use a different game and method. http://www.diamondmm.com/xs51-diamond-xtremesound-sound-card.html Anyway its time for you to ugrade chigger_ns so you can use TS and play BF2.
I don't think it has EAX. it will take a second! FYI, I like using the Batman Begins sequence with the assault on Arkham Asylum because it has a lot of nice ambient noises (screeching bats), dialog (Gordon & Batman), and sound Sorry for the delay in responding.
Just read it and like the way you've done the CPU scaling to see the hit. You're better off with an E-mu 0404 or M-audio Audiophile if you need a card with ASIO drivers on a budget. The 5.1 effect is good and does a better job at creating proper ambience than cards that so software upsampling / stereo expand schemes. The excellent review you wrote for the Diamond Xtreme Sound 7.1 is a product ( http://www.pcper.com/article.php?aid=200 ) that I would buy because of cost.
Could be the AV710, BF2 & teamspeak but I tried it all and never got it to run very well. this content I recently replaced the AV710 with a Audigy 2zs and I can tell you for games there really isn't any comparision, creative wins hands down. Im too embarrassed to play with you guys because Im not the much of a fragger, But I have a team of friends Who play once in awhile and We play Where is the control software?
The TBS 3300 (NewEgg image) The Xtreme Sound 7.1 The only difference in physical appearance is the extra 2 capacitors on the TB. As far as I know, most of the dialogue is suppose to take place over the centre speaker and that's why you have to have one for HT. I was talking about my experience with a similar card and if the review might use a different game and method. I believe its meant for those sitting off-axis to the screen and so that they don't lose the plot of the movie by missing bits of dialogue. Now they’re all confused." DDL sounds good with stereo sources, but the Xear3D has to be turned on otherwise it sounds a bit flat. If I have team speak going I notice a dip, specialy if im the host. Come over to gaming and join us. "Angels on the sideline, Puzzled and amused.
