Dfi Lanparty Raid Drivers

Enable means PATA and Disabled means AHCI. I have 4x 250gig sata drives setup via raid5 nforce controller, I just upgraded from Windows Vista to Windows 7 and now Windows 7 shows the drive however I cannot access If nec. My current System:Mainboard: ASRock Z97 Extreme6, CPU: Intel Core i5 4690, Disks: 512 GB Samsung 840 Pro SSD + 2 TB Seagate SATA3 HDD running in AHCI mode, Graphics: Intel HD4600, Check This Out

As always like with Vista installations in the past, I run into this problem. Any ideas? Remove the promise controller/disks, the open F10, set array to bootable if it allows... Now it boots off the Cloned XP partition that I backed up onto the primary/active partition on the SSD array..

I can see the two HDs I have set up as a raid appear and separate individual drives under My Computer but can't access them unless I format them which is I have not tried removing the promise array/IDE disks, because they are hard coded in my xp installation to used one of the partitions on that array as cache/profiles/temp files etc.. back the data off it in vista then rebuild in win 7 and import. my response Windows working fine after cloning over to the promise array..

Once you are able to set the SATA RAID volume as bootable and attempt to boot off it, and get somewhere.. I can't expect too much.. It takes a couple of reboots before the NVIDIA STRIPE is re-detected... I tried using the Vista drivers in compatibilty mode but no luck unfortunately.

I deleted the boot partition off the Promise array, disconnected the 30GB backup/setup disk from primary IDE.. One thing that I can try is to delete the C: partition off the Promise controller ARRAY.
